Improved Balance Sheet

Iron Eagle will enhance the balance sheet of target companies by providing the backing of a public company.  This corporate financial backing will allow our portfolio companies the capability to maximize their ability to obtain the necessary bonding for federal contracts.  By being under the corporate umbrella of Iron Eagle, this allows the target companies to become part of a more diversified pool of companies.  This will effectively reduce geographic and customer concentration as well increase the creditworthiness of the target companies.
